What are the delivery options and times?
We offer free standard first class shipping on all orders, or you can choose an express service for a fee. Please refer to the Delivery and Returns page for delivery times and prices for priority shipping.
How do returns and exchanges work?
Obviously, we want you or the person you buy for to be entirely happy with the product. If not, you can return your product within 14 days of taking possession of the goods. Please return products unworn in their original packaging and make sure to send as a registered parcel with a tracking number to the address below. The costs for returning goods are borne by you. Swuaye is unable to accept any liability for any damage, loss, or theft during transport.

So that we can continually improve our products and services, we would appreciate that you provide us with a reason for returning the goods. You can do this quickly and easily by citing your order number in the 'contact us' page and submitting a message. Please note that postal returns can take several days and that we require a certain amount of time to process returns.
What happens if my product breaks?
Your Swuaye product is covered with a lifetime guarantee. This covers free repair for: broken strings or silicone bands, lock issues, and shattered or chipped beads. The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, such as colour fading or scratches. You can replace faded beads at a small cost, and to do this you may use our "Contact Us" page or email christian@swuaye.com.
